Mars I’m studying Mars. It’s the fourth planet in order from the Sun.
Distance from the sun and surface temperature. Mars is 142 million miles away from the Sun. In the daytime the temperature is about 20 ̊c and at night the temperature is under -150 ̊c .
Water Yes, because I found out that there is a north and south pole on Mars. Water exists but it is frozen and we cannot reach it.
Surface It has craters , volcanoes and mountains Mars has the biggest mountain in the solar system its named Olympus Mons
Is there an atmosphere? What is the atmosphere made of? On Mars there is an atmosphere. The atmosphere is made of carbon dioxide.
Interesting facts Mars has the highest mountain in the solar system its named Olympus Mons. The temperature can go down to -165 ̊c .
Would your planet sustain live . I'm not sure but some scientists think that Mars in 100,000 of years could turn into a planet like Earth. But scientists will have to change the air on Mars.
