Pour Over Brewing Presentation Transcript

  • 1. Step 1 Grind beans using a medium fine grind Rinse filter with hot water 200C to purge the paper taste and preheat the cone
  • 2. Step 2 Bring filtered water to boil and let cool for 45 seconds. Add coffee to filter. Use 2 tbsp for 8 oz. of brewed coffee
  • 3. Step 3 Using little water, saturate the grounds for 15 seconds Slowly pour grounds in circular motion, saturating the grounds evenly
  • 4. Enjoy!
