If he/she does nothave his/her card, staff will use the patron’s registration card to access the computer record. Ifstaff member is not familiar with the patron, he/she will be asked to present identification. Wecannot look up another patron’s card for checkouts, etc. Patrons picking up or checking outlibrary materials for friends or other family members must have that patron’s card with them.
