- 1. When the Tornado Swarm Hit Dallas, AccuWeather Enterprise Solutions Was First to Warn of Dangerous Tornadoes Tuesday, April 3, 2012, 12:15pm. A vicious swarm of tornadoes is about to strike the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, the fourth largest metropolitan area in the United States. For the next four hours, AccuWeather Enterprise Solutions provides mission- critical tornado warnings for clients that need to seek shelter and vital messages (“null tornado messages”) for clients that are out of harm’s way and able to safely continue operating. The first tornado of the day formed near the town of Cleburne doing F-1 intensity damage near Joshua, Texas, as it moved north northeast.
