  • 1. It is located to EUROPA'S Southwest, in the Iberian peninsula. It borders in the northern part and in the eastern part on SPAIN; and to the Southwest with the Atlantic Ocean.
  • 2. Former it was known by the name of Lusitania. It began to be call Portugal between 930 and 950.
