How we do it?
Job Definition - Firstly, we receive a brief which allows us to understand our Clients, their corporate culture, philosophy, objectives and values. Then we work closely with our client to draw up a detailed specification for the position and a profile of the ideal, compatible candidate.
Selecting - We draw on our own network of information sources, including our database, the internet, and media advertising (if required) as well as of personal contacts.
Interviews – Next we meet the suitable candidates for in-depth interviews. We screen and evaluate each candidate’s qualities and strengths, assess their ability to meet the demands of the position, their capacity to integrate effectively our clients’ organization and team.
Presentation - A shortlist of the 3-6 best candidates is presented for the position. We provide detailed resumes. We then arrange interviews with these candidates
References - At an appropriate time in the search process, as requested, we conduct thorough background checks to confirm the candidate’s educational and professional qualifications.
