  • I love that. Normal has no special or distinctive features, it is completely unmemorable. Normal is truly a commodity product. It was never fun to be drone, now it’s no longer safe to be one.
  • In every one of the subjects I coach on, where I am an expert, I was once a disaster: time management, emotional intelligence, interpersonal conflicts, business, personal and intimate relationships. I use Tarot cards in my coaching I see myself as a Shaman to the leaders of my digital tribe, in fact, I have studied Shamanism and will again I am learning how to be a relationship coach, to bring joy and happiness to marriages and families
  • Look around the room. You were authentic, you were yourself, you were afraid, and look at the response! As Julien Smith said yesterday, visibility is power. Most people would rather succeed at something trivial, than risk failing at something meaningful. Ouch. On that note…
  • Yesterday, Josh Karp told us how you can turn mistakes into success by learning.
  • Take a moment here…
  • It may be as simple as a to-do list, or a couple of lists. Maybe paper, maybe software, maybe a daybook, experiment!
  • Wait ‘til done
  • There may be an element of vulnerability here, don’t be afraid.
  • I want to give this talk, or a talk on the Right Brain Approach to Time Management, at fun conferences like this!
  • Fireplace metaphor, you have to put more wood in first, to get more heat, but most people do the opposite (avoiding risk)
  • Offer two complimentary sessions. Collect business cards.
