Introduction This presentation will show you how to navigate in the Petty Cash Management module including: ◦ How to toggle between the Petty Cash Management Home and Transactions View. ◦ How to toggle between Transactions View and Reconciliation View. ◦ How to toggle between Transactions Details View and Form View. ◦ How to Search for transactions. ◦ How to launch the Help library.
  • 3. Toggle BetweenPetty Cash Home and Transactions
  • 4. Step 1: Launch the System
  • 5. Step 2: Navigate to the Petty Cash Module (Home)* * If the module doesn’t open by default.
  • 6. Step 3: Click a Go To Link
  • 7. The Go To Transaction Logs Link Was Clicked
  • 8. Step 4: Click the Home Button to Return to Home* The Home Button * From either Transaction Logs or Reconciliations.
  • 9. Home is Opened Again
  • 10. Toggle Between Transactions Details View and Form View
  • 11. Step 1: Click the Go To Transaction Logs Link on the Home Page
  • 12. Step 2: In Details View Click the Form View Button The Form View Button
  • 13. Step 3: The Form View Opens; Click the Details View Button The Details View Button
  • 14. The Details View is Opened Again
  • 15. Toggle BetweenTransactions View and Reconciliation View
  • 16. Step 1: On Transactions View Click the Reconciliations View Button The Reconciliations View Button

  • 18. Step 2: On Reconciliations View Click the Transactions View Button The Transactions View Button

  • 21. Step 1: Enter a Search Keyword
  • 22. Step 2: Press the Enter or Tab Key on Your Keyboard to Display the Results
  • 23. Step 3: Double Click on a Transaction to Open it in Transactions View
  • 24. The Transaction Will Open in Transactions View The Search Keyword
  • 25. Click the Clear Search Button to Clear the Search Box* The Clear Search Button * The Search Results will be cleared as well if they are open.

  • 27. Launch the Help Library
