David Perry & Associates was proud to assist San Francisco with the running of the Olympic Torch. Working closely with the City and County of San Francisco, we conceptualized, created and managed the “Sustainable Journey” Campaign (www.sustainablejourney.org) whereby a pool of citizens were identified to have the distinct honor of running with the Olympic Torch when it was in San Francisco en route to the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Also, the secondary message of the campaign was to highlight San Francisco’s reputation as a “sustainable” city committed to “Green” business and social practices.
