But
Many will operate in a
model few companies
are functioning like
today,
The Organic Model
There is not one single
  designated leader
Rather,
 every
 one is
treated
 as an
 equal
AND GROUP
COLLABORATION IS
     KING
You are free to select
what you want to work
           on
AND WHOM YOU WISH TO
          WORK WITH
Leaders will emerge based
on how effective they are in
selling their vision to their
co-workers
and leadership will be
defined by followership
People who can
  communicate
   effectively
WILL SHINE IN THE
NEW ORGANIZATION
But being able to
communicate isn’t
   the only skill
        required
Listening
Creativity & Innovation
and being able
to adapt to
rapid
technological
change
are key!
Members will also play
  a key role in the
    organization
Organic leadership
relies upon self-leading
organizational members
Google somewhat
 functions like it
Their employees are
encouraged to collaborate
and come up with new ideas
