    • It is developed around the four key areas of the Texas Long-Range Plan for Technology that consist of:
    Domain I: Teaching and Learning Domain II: Educator Preparation & Development Domain III: LeaderShip, Admin., Instructional Support Domain IV: Infrastructure for Technology
  • 5. Introduction What is Texas STaR Chart:
    • Data complied by the campus, district, and state that is completed by Educators
    • Evaluates several key areas of technology to improve student learning.

    • There is an increase in the Leadership, Administration and Instructional Support each year.

    • We are still at the early stages of technology overall.
    • We must strive to make improvements in all areas with the help of the faculty and staff so that our students will benefit from using technology.
    • Our goal is to reach the “Target Technology” stage by 2020.
