    • Birkman Color: Yellow
    • Career Path: Attend a four year college. After that, achieve a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Finally, I will strive to become a CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
    • I chose this career because I really enjoy math and keeping track of things. I want to keep people financially stable.
  • Communications
    • You need to have good communications skills if you are accountant because you need to be able to speak to others about their financial status, and that is very important.
  • Multi-tasking
    • An accountant needs to be able to multi-task because they will have more than one client and they need to constantly be working with their clients’ financial activities.
    • Other than that, one client may have more than one activity going on.
  • Use of Technology
    • An accountant needs to be skilled with technology because they will be using equipment to organize their information
    • As time goes on, so does technology. Accountants need to be advancing as the technology gets better
  • Problem Solving
    • Each accountant has to deal with different financial information.
    • They must solve problems that might occur to keep their clients financially stable.
    • Each day, Accountants analyze, interpret, and organize financial information. They plan the financial future for their clients.
    • Accountants need to be good at math, have good planning skills, they need to be good at problem solving, as well as many other skills.
