Dont Seek Perfection Just Do The Right Thing - Presentation Transcript

    1. Don't Seek Perfection, Just Do The Right Thing ......................................................................................................................................................................... DON\"T SEEK PERFECTION, JUST DO THE RIGHT THING Good results is what truly matters. Why conduct business if you are always thinking of possible failure in the future? All of us are trained and taught about positive Thinking. They say that what we perceive is what we can personally achieve. Of course, good results is what we all would like, however we need to know our limits as well. Danger comes in when people expect perfection in everything they do. They should accomplished every task to their best ability. It would appear great to be a perfectionist but in the end is destructive. Have you heard of some business people who have a\"perfectionism attitude? Do you know someone who does not commit mistakes? Do you know of people who kill themselves because of disappointments? Perfectionism, as the term implies, is all about wanting everything to be perfect. The darkside of it is when people don't achieve their expected results and ended of disappointed. The Japanese, for example, has a history of Harakiri. It ws a suicidal tendency for Japanese people whenever they felt disappointment, shame and loss of pride. This is what happened historically. Nowadays, though people get frustrated and disappointed, but they don't commit suicide but continue living a different life. Let myself be an example: When I started in internet marketing, I was trained by a well known internet marketer, who taught me everything I needed to know. Once I was ready started running my own online business, I had a lot of expectations especially about my target profits. I followed the correct processes and I made some good profits but not as much as I had targeted.. Though I had some earnings, I too got frustrated and stopped internet marketing for a while. My disappointment did not make me think of suicide but it frustrate me due to all the effort I had put in. Perfectionism is good in some ways but always remember that you need to put limits to your expectations. We all want what's best, but no matter how hard we try, we don't receive everything we expected. In doing business, don't seek perfection, just do the right thing. ..........................................................................................................................................................................
