      *Assignment – Using OFI Guide and lessons from Marshall Ganz (Youtube), outline you story and submit them to David by Sunday, July 12th. Don’t forget: Self, Us, Now!
       
    • Community Mapping
      You have a story, now you need an audience!
      *Assignment:Using OFI Guide, map your communities. Try to think of 20-25 people within your network that would be interested in. Network should include:
      • Friends
      • family members
      • teachers – favorite language instructors
      • coaches
      • counselors
      • religious/community leaders
      • underclassmen and potential GCY Fellows           
      For right now, just map your network – next week is dedicated to developing our correspondence with them.
       
    • Metrics and Data Gathering
      Don’t fly blind!
      • Campaigns are driven by data, so let’s collect it
      • Periodic assessment – every two weeks you will receive a fundraising report
      * Challenge: Caneach Fellow is to get 10 Facebook friends to “Like” GCY on Facebook by next week??? Let’s see…!
