Giunta’s work with BlackPlum LLC, the general partner for BlackPlum Properties, LP, revolves around investing in real estate. David Giunta has been an investment adviser for two decades. Some of David Giunta’s fund investment includes various SFR home development in CA, apartment buildings in AZ, and a UT land acquisition. Licensed with the Department of Real Estate, David M. Giunta is a real estate broker. At the beginning of his career, Giunta started in public accounting from 1990-1994. During this time Giunta audited Fortune 500 companies for Arthur Andersen & Company.
