        • Unified Communications desktop license
        • Salesforce.com CTI script license for the Esnatech UC server
        • UC client manager installed on the desktop
    2. Esnatech UC server logs into hosted application on users behalf as 3 rd party application UC server Logs into SF.com using API to find matching records to incoming caller id UC server pops up default browser with matching /Account/ contact or new contact based on Caller ID
