Esnatech UC server logs into hosted application on users behalf as 3 rd party application UC server Logs into SF.com using API to find matching records to incoming caller id UC server pops up default browser with matching /Account/ contact or new contact based on Caller ID

Setup
Install Esnatech UC Salesforce Script on the desktop
Put in Salesforce credentials with Security token

Configure UC client software to use Salesforce script:

Call Comes in UC pops call control
UC logs into SF.com to find record
Pops up browser with matching record
On call provides dialog box to toggle between records and calls
