Here the Earth is tilted at approximately 23 degrees, but is still rotating about the vertical axis. Took some screen shots from Google Earth to make this, then cropped them in Fireworks 8, and inserted them into a PowerPoint Pres. It ended up being nearly 60 megs, so I've only uploaded every second slide here.
