I think it’s likely that you will continue to find Microsoft making mistakes in this area, but in general we’d like to think that Microsoft is making progress in the right direction.2 years ago

But that was back in 2001; it doesn’t mean that all of us at Microsoft today still hold that view (wasn’t that way back in 2001, but even less so today). :)2 years ago
