  • 2. KEEPING OUR PROMISES Work with any of our team of over 40 chartered architects, interior designers, surveyors and project managers, and you can expect consistently high creative standards, strong technical know how and a commercially-savvy appreciation of real world challenges. The fact that we keep our promises and steadfastly deliver on clients’ increasingly exacting demands means that we are trusted by some of the UK’s best known brands. That’s why Marks & Spencer has repeatedly commissioned NJSR to deliver projects in over 150 locations since we first started the business in 1913. Why our client experience includes the likes of Boots, the Co-operative Group, the University of Manchester, Wagamama, Nestlé, HBOS, Nationwide Building Society and FCUK. And why 92% of our work comes from referrals and recommendations.
  • 3. SPECIALIST EXPERTISE While we specialise in retail projects, the team also has wide reaching experience and expertise across a broad range of sectors including leisure, financial services, commercial, industrial, residential, healthcare, education, ecclesiastical and community projects. We don’t just deliver striking designs though. With NJSR, you also get expert advice and support on practical issues, such as health and safety requirements and the recently updated Construction Design and Management 2007 Regulations. You’ll also find that we don’t just pay lip service to the green agenda. Our EcoHomes assessors are registered with the Building Research Establishment (BRE) to carry out EcoHomes, Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM retail assessments. We also offer specialist expertise in the restoration of listed buildings and are one of only a limited number of UK architects accredited to carry out English Heritage and lottery-funded conservation work.
