    The ICT Master Plan devises a five point strategy:
    Strategy 1: To develop a resilient and state-of-the-art network infrastructure
    Strategy 2: The utilization of ICT to build a knowledge-based community in UM.
    Strategy 3:The enhance and innovate new ICT products and services to support the teaching, learning and research
    Strategy 4: The development of peopleware to ensure high level of ICT skills among UM community.
