  • ICSI Procedure Could Help With Infertility Problem It Is Not Only Women Who Suffer From Infertility but Men Too
  • Lets Understand Infertility “Infertility means not being able to become pregnant, within certain parameters” To elaborate It actually means not being able to get pregnant after one year of trying. Or, six months, if a woman is 35 or older. Women who can get pregnant but are unable to stay pregnant may also be infertile. Pregnancy is the result of a process. To get pregnant: A woman must release an egg from one of her ovaries (ovulation). The egg must go through a Fallopian tube toward the uterus (womb). A man's sperm must join with (fertilize) the egg along the way. The fertilized egg must attach to the inside of the uterus (implantation). “Infertility can happen if there are problems with any of these steps”
  • What causes infertility in women? Less common causes of fertility problems in women include: Blocked Fallopian tubes due to pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, or surgery for an ectopic pregnancy Physical problems with the uterus Uterine fibroids, which are non-cancerous clumps of tissue and muscle on the walls of the uterus. Some other things can also change a woman's ability to conceive: Age Stress Poor diet Smoking Excess alcohol use Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) Health problems that cause hormonal changes, such as polycystic ovarian syndrome
  • Types of Assisted Reproductive Technology In vitro fertilization (IVF) means fertilization outside of the body. IVF is the most effective ART. It is often used when a woman's Fallopian tubes are blocked or when a man produces too few sperm. Zygote Intra-fallopian Transfer (ZIFT) is similar to IVF. Fertilization occurs in the laboratory. Then the very young embryo is transferred to the Fallopian tube instead of the uterus.
  • Another Types of Reproductive Technology  Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is often used for couples in which there are serious problems with the sperm. In ICSI, a single sperm is injected into a mature egg. Then the embryo is transferred to the uterus or Fallopian tube.  The eggs are then checked the following morning to confirm normal fertilization. An ICSI procedure Bangalore lasts between 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Conclusion • Female infertility Bangalore clinics are present that can treat the problem in a number of ways. For instance, a couple or one of the partners can be prescribed fertility drugs or undergo fertility surgery. Unfortunately, sometimes these treatment methods fail to work and couples have to look for alternative treatments. ICSI procedure Bangalore is one of the alternative infertility treatments that couples can pursue. It has proved effective for many couples who had problems conceiving.
