Doing good or Being good ? It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. (Gal.5:1)

Make the world a better place The wise man, like the fool, will not be long remembered… (Ecc. 2:16) DOING GOOD :

Get into heaven… right? “ No one comes to the Father, but by me.” -- Jesus of Nazareth DOING GOOD :

Living by the Spirit let us keep in step with the Spirit (Gal. 5:25) BEING GOOD :

A Right View of Others sexual immorality, impurity, debauchery -- LOVE LIVING BY THE SPIRIT : They exist for me or I exist for them

A Right View of God idolatry and witchcraft -- JOY, PEACE LIVING BY THE SPIRIT : He exists for me or I exist for Him

A Right View of Self hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy LIVING BY THE SPIRIT : I deserve it or I already have it PATIENCE, KINDNESS,GOODNESS

A Right View of Life drunkenness, orgies, and the like – FAITHFULNESS, GENTLENESS AND SELF-CONTROL LIVING BY THE SPIRIT : More! or Enough!

MEASURING

Filling Your Tank Do not get drunk on wine which leads to debauchery. Instead be filled with the Spirit. (Eph. 5:18) LIVING BY THE SPIRIT : 1) Open yourself to God 2) Open yourself to God’s Word 3) Open yourself to God’s People
