  3. 3. About Dave Mendoza Dave Mendoza serves as Global Talent Strategies Consultant. The talent strategy architecture directly based upon his deliverables earned ONREC’s 2011 ONREC "Excellence in Sourcing Innovation" Award ( http://bit.ly/tvwgHs ) in addition to “Most Strategic Use of Technology” Award at the ERE Expo 2011 Recruiting Excellence Awards. In the past 12 months, his deliverables has earned his clients as many as 8 award nominations, 2/3 of which were as winners or finalists. His advancement of Talent Mapping research is a key differentiator in the pipeline effort; a product aligned strategy intertwined with competitive intelligence. He formulated a comprehensive "Talent Knowledge Library" as the by-product of his “Competitive Talent Mapping” initiative.
