Construct a plan using the aggressive estimates
Add a Project Buffer to add to the end of the plan. The buffer is the
sum of the differences between each tasks’ “100% Likely Estimate” and the “Aggressive Estimate” multiplied by 50%
Task 1 2 days Project Buffer 4.5 days Task 2 1 day Task 3 2 days Duration of Project = 9.5 Days (shorter than before!)
