What you need to know…

Personal Health * Students develop the knowledge, attitudes, and habits needed to be healthy individuals.

Personal Health * Students develop the knowledge, attitudes, and habits needed to be healthy individuals. * Maintain a personal health plan and participate in at least 80 hours of physical activity in addition to PE10.

Personal Health * Maintain a personal health plan and participate in 150 minutes of physical activity per week in grades 11 & 12.

Community Connections * at least 30 hours of work experience and/or community service.
