Each of our associates has extensive experience working within the business disciplines they serve. This allows us to provide high quality candidates for virtually all business disciplines and it assures that the qualifications of each candidate are assessed by a staffing professional with experience in the candidate's area of specialization. About Dwight Strole Dwight Strole brings a broad spectrum of practical management experience to today's business enterprise. With over 30 years of progressive management experience, 20 years at the senior financial executive level, and several years as a business owner, he has been in the board rooms and on the production floors of many large companies. He has spent many years in areas such as strategic planning and policy implementation and has worked extensively with people at all levels of business. Dwight has managed all areas of accounting and finance, human resources, information technologies, supply chain management and office administration. He has authored countless company policy and personnel manuals and has played a key role in the staffing and development of successful work teams for the companies he has served. Drawing on his many years of experience hiring and staffing successful companies and his extensive knowledge of the skills that are required to perform the duties of each job function, in 2002 Dwight founded Dwight Strole & Associates, a professional staffing company. Dwight earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and currently serves on the board of a local chapter of Financial Executives International. A Personal Note From Dwight Strole It’s impossible for me to recall the exact number of people I hired over the 30 years I spent in accounting and financial management, but I am sure that the number is well into the hundreds. The exact number is not really important. What is important is that I have always been aware of the fact that my success as a manager depended to a significant degree on my success in surrounding myself with the best and most talented people. Therefore, I hired a lot of incredible people over the years. I hired many of these people with the help of external recruiters. Unfortunately, the vast majority of those recruiters lacked a fundamental understanding of the positions being filled and, consequently, wasted a lot of my time with candidates that were not qualified for the position. Eventually, I chose to work with only a limited few of the best recruiters, and I took the time to educate them on my exact hiring needs and the precise requirements of each position. I then insisted that they limit the number of candidates they submitted for my consideration to no more than their three to five best candidates. I have incorporated these same expectations into the business fundamentals of Dwight Strole & Associates. I am determined to provide the highest quality and most cost-effective service in the staffing industry. I have a unique advantage over other recruiters because, unlike most of them, I actually have hands-on functional knowledge of each position. Consequently, I can more readily identify successful candidates, and not waste time with those that are not suited for the position.
