We hold the deed for this land and can lease/build as we choose to add a commercial air cargo hub at Mazar. This land could be used to build Hangars, Warehouses and Customs Clearance offices on the Airport property in order to process import/export items. The US Government and German Government just announced that they are building a permanent NATO airbase at Mazar. This airport will be a major hub for good/services into Afghanistan for many years. MAZAR AIRPORT SERVICES In addition to the land at the airport in Mazar, AI has received permission to utilize 4 Ramp Parking spots at Mazar Airport and airport services for loading/unloading for them. Immediate use of 4 Ramp spots at the Airport for Rotary/Aircraft Operations, Temporary Warehouses off site within ½ mile, Customs Warehouse within one mile, trucking to any point in AFG, Accommodations for ground and flight personnel, Visas for personnel and Security for all Client personnel.
