  1. 1. How to Make a Duct Tape Rose!! By: Darian Ward
  2. 2. What You’ll Need: <ul><ul><li>Time: about 10 minutes </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Duct Tape </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Some floral wire: found at almost any craft store </li></ul></ul>
  3. 3. First: <ul><ul><li>Start by ripping a piece of duct tape off the roll that’s about 2inx2in. </li></ul></ul>
  4. 4. Second: <ul><ul><li>Fold the top right corner, but make sure you leave a little bit of sticky on the left side. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Then fold the left corner in the same way, making a triangle with a bit of sticky left on the bottom. </li></ul></ul>
  5. 5. Third: <ul><ul><li>Wrap the side of your petal around the tip of your floral wire. </li></ul></ul>
  6. 6. Fourth: <ul><ul><li>Repeat steps 2 and 3. </li></ul></ul>
  7. 7. Fifth: <ul><ul><li>Continue this until you have a good amout of petals. You can decide when you think you have enough. Though, it should look something like this: </li></ul></ul>
  8. 8. Sixth: <ul><ul><li>Now, take the color duct tape you want yo be your stem color. Rip about one cercumference around the roll (or one & a half depending on how long your wire is.) Then, start wraping your tape around the top of your stem, working your way down. If you have a bit extra, don't throw it way just yet. You might need it for this next step. </li></ul></ul>
  9. 9. Seventh: <ul><ul><li>With your extra stem tape, wrap it around the bottom of your rose. This will help your rose to stay on better and it will look pretty. </li></ul></ul>
