2. Buy the text Be sure to get the pack that includes the green and white myITlab envelope Textbook w/ a set of DVDs and a registration code for a new account on myITlab

3. Create a myITlab account Go to www.myitlab.com

4. Videos From the home page of www.myitlab.com Select support Select student support Scroll down to student documentation View the series of videos – starting with Registering for myITlab

5. Or view PPT myITlab registration found in the “START HERE” folder and the toolbox of “my IT lab” folder (two locations)

6. Enroll into myITlab course For convenience the myITlab website will be referred to as myITlab Find the course ID in the header on the course’s home page (on webct) Follow instructions on video or ppt to complete enrollment

7. Quick start the course Read the Syllabus (click on syllabus tab) Introduce yourself on the discussion page Start with Excel Read the text View the Excel workshop videos Work through the various exercises in text Review the “what’s wrong with this” exercises
