    2. Definition of Twitter… “ Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that enables its users to send and read other users' updates known as tweets” *Think of text messaging as an analogy -Fast -Short & Sweet (140 characters max) -Real Time
    3. With 30+ various departments within the hotel, each department is knowledgeable to an assorted amount of useful information that will attract a diverse range of followers. By having different departments tweet about information relating to the hotel or to their specific department, we can still use Twitter on a consistent basis. Further, Interacting on a personal level is an important aspect of twitter. By providing tips, news, and information from all around the hotel, we can have a wide range of all different kinds of followers. The Thesis…
      • Each assigned department will email a “tweet” to a new internal Twitter email 2-3 times per week.
      • The tweet will relate to anything they find interesting in their line of work – an article, an interaction with a guest, or anything otherwise interesting.
      • Someone will be assigned to check the email on daily basis and copy/paste the tweet into our Twitter account
