  • 4. What foot is planted correctly?
  • 5. TRY AGAIN!
  • 6. Good Job! The non-kicking foot is NEXT to the ball!
  • 7. Bend kicking leg, extend kicking ankleAnkle extended : ) Ankle flexed : (
  • 8. Are my ankles extended or flexed?
  • 9. Kick the ball with the top of your shoe:) :)
  • 10. Do NOT kick the ball with your toesOUCH : ( OUCH : (
  • 11. Punting
  • 12. Step 1Hold ball with 2 hands!
  • 13. Step 2Let go with non-kicking hand
  • 14. Step 3Let go of ball over kicking foot
  • 15. Drop the ball do NOT toss the ball!
  • 16. Step 4Watch the ball until it contacts your foot
  • 17. Step 5Hit the ball with your shoelaces!
  • 18. Step 6Hit the ball at or below the knee, it a 450 angle!
  • 19. Step 7Extend/Stretch your foot and kicking leg for a really good punt!
  • 20. Step 8Follow through toward your target!
