“Even within the same country, there are diverse consumer
proles. For example, American marketers study the Hispanic
consumer, the African American, the Asian, the Low-income
citizen, the baby boomers, the wealthy; all that knowledge
enables them to launch products, market them and sell them
with the consumer in mind. Why we sometimes fail to see that
the Arabic consumer is unique in culture, mentality,
preferences and purchasing power is inconceivable to me. The
copy-paste method that so many follow is in fact against the
principles of marketing. I focus extensively on this in my
approach for sales and marketing, whether in consultation,
actual project management or speaking in training
programs.”
