  • Business Plan - client has a technological product and a business plan and requires space and services in order to commercialize the product. Identified markets - clear that it is a technology that has markets and can be commercialized. Will be past the stage of being research only. Initial funding - demonstrated access to initial funding/ financing. Fit – client will be looking for the business advice and support services that come with the package, not just real estate; willing to go through a business development process that will increase the chances of success and commercialization of the product.
