Search Tips
 Create list of key words FIRST: www.esc.edu/findkeywords
 Double quotes for exact phrases: "drug abuse" or "mad cow disease"
 AND to narrow search: teenagers AND "drug abuse"
 OR to broaden search: teenagers OR adolescents
 Parentheses to group synonyms: "drug abuse" and (teenagers or adolescents)
 Look for "Scholarly" or "Peer-Review" limit option on results page
 "Subjects" list on left side of results pages to narrow search
 "Add to Folder" or "Mark" option next to article on results page to save item to folder.
 EBSCO: click yellow icon for pre-formatted citations (APA, etc.)
