Great report. Thanks for sharing it. I am social psychologist and I can see a way to measure ROI from many of the soft aspects of online communities and collaboration.
I am not surprised that your findings indicate a large gap in terms of supporting the community. My research indicates that there is also a new set of skills needed to address community support and that very few organizations are capable of describing those skills, therefore, they will continue to have a hard time filling the gap. 2 years ago Reply
