  • The Texas Teacher STaR Chart was developed around the four key areas of the Texas Long-Range Technology Plan. In these four key areas, there are also four categories that describe the level of proficiency: 1) Early Tech, 2) Developing Tech, 3) Advanced Tech, and 4) Target Tech.
