    • BOTH 7 TH & 8 TH GRADE SCHEDULES COMPRISE A NINE (9) PERIOD DAY. THERE ARE FIVE (5) PERIODS SCHEDULED FOR ACADEMIC SUBJECTS (ENGLISH, HISTORY, MATH, READING & SCIENCE). A LUNCH PERIOD IS ALSO SCHEDULED, AND THE “CAMP” ROTATION IS TWO PERIODS IN DURATION. ALL STUDENTS ARE ASSIGNED A 9 TH PERIOD EXTENSION CLASS. THIS EXTENSION PERIOD IS UTILIZED FOR HOMEWORK COMPLETION, TUTORING, PSSA MATH AND READING ENHANCEMENT, SILENT READING, MUSIC ELECTIVES, AND VARIOUS OTHER CLUBS AND ACTIVITIES . Typical Schedule
    • ALL STUDENTS ARE SCHEDULED INTO A DOUBLE-PERIOD CAMP ROTATION CLASS THAT MEETS PERIODS 2/3, 4/5 OR 7/8. EACH STUDENT WILL ROTATE EVERY 7 WEEKS WITHIN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: ART, COMPUTERS, MUSIC, PHYSICAL EDUCATION, AND STUDY SKILLS ( ESL OR READ 180 WHERE NEEDED ) “ CAMP” Schedule
