First hand knowledge and a decade of experience with this management team. Very strong partner relationships in place, combined with superb customer and delivery skills are driving the success of this firm. This position may be located ONSITE in Ohio, OR the successful new hire may work REMOTELY. Expect training to occur in Ohio. Salary ranges from $50-$80K, with opportunity for further growth, full benefits included, opportunity for continued training as well. Responsible for providing architectural expertise in the planning, designing and implementing of network firewalls, application firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems and virtual private network software/hardware. Responsible for implementing complex, secure networks on a case by case basis that revolves around business and technology needs of the customer. Tasks include, but are not limited to troubleshooting and debugging high-level network issues, handling network security exploits, network traffic analysis, cryptography, encryption and configuration of authentication, authorization and directory services. Responsibilities Highlighted Secure design of networks Network security incident response Firewall management and administration Diagnosis of Network Problems Support of IDS/IPS systems Exceptional customer service At times, may be on call to respond to customer requirements outside normal work hours The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Experience with SonicWALL products
  2. 2. Experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting and administering network infrastructure including: firewalls, routers, switches and wireless. Intermediate to expert knowledge of firewall configuration and maintenance. Experience with SonicWALL is preferred. Experience in a fast-paced support environment as a member of a network/security operations team. Strong oral and written skills.
