HISTORY OF THE PROJECT <ul><li>Phase I Grant awarded to Greater Albany Rotary by RI in May, 2007, Wells installed 2010 </li></ul><ul><li>Phase II partners: Laoag City, Greater Albany, and Greater Corvallis Rotary Clubs, and South Salem Rotary (new partner) </li></ul><ul><li>Phase II wells being drilled Jan – Jun 2011 </li></ul><ul><li>Phase III - South Salem funds 1 of ten wells </li></ul>Ten wells are install in the province each phase 2012/13 will be phase IV
