  3. 3. Prerequisites <ul><li>Students who wish to attend this course must 1) study and pass the intermediate courses offered by language center </li></ul><ul><li>2) pass the exam of GEPT intermediate level </li></ul>
  4. 4. Objectives <ul><li>to improve their listening skills and listening comprehension </li></ul><ul><li>to acquire listening strategies including summarizing main ideas, drawing inferences, guessing meaning from context, and listening for the details </li></ul><ul><li>To aim at the overall input in order to produce a critical thinking and logical expression </li></ul>
  5. 5. Class Design <ul><li>Participants 20 at most who have acquired intermediate listening skills </li></ul><ul><li>Divided into 5 groups </li></ul><ul><li>Class duration : 2 hours </li></ul><ul><li>Equipment : Handouts, Internet, and computers or rejecters. </li></ul>
