        We forfeit our influence .     And without influence

    24.   the privilege becomes like a prison.
    25. When the old model isn't effective...   We should use a new model.
    26. Exodus 18: 17 - 24 We should use an Exodus 18 model.
    27. New Media helps decentralize leadership & spread out resources.   Groups can grow both in numbers  and in intimacy.
    28. Online  technologies make communicating easier.   Communication can foster intimacy, affinity, & community.
    29. Communities are important for discipling people. Making  disciples of Christ fulfills our goal.
    30.   I want to connect.
    31. I'm wired.
    32. Many of us spend time online daily.   We've migrated. 
    33. Our virtual worlds and our real world are converging.
    34. We're meeting our neighbors. And connecting.
    35. And making  new friends.
    36.   Lots and lots of new friends.
    37.   And we've discovered a secret!  If you start an online group    to share a passion for something... 
    38. It works like charm for drawing a crowd.
    39. It's easy to connect. Our connections are spread out. Everyone can participate.   No one person does all the work. Can you call Finney? Bubbles  already did!
    40.   Text me if Twitter is down. I like my group. I can stay in touch with the others anytime I want.
