The six steps to ensuring a successful mobilization of your workforce. Neil Grunberg, the VP of Client Services for Vortex Connect manages the Client Engagement team and he is tasked to make every Vortex customer successful and happy with their mobile deployments. How Associates Plan Their Night Invite friends to go out using Facebook Decide on which restaurant to go to using Urbanspoon Make reservations using Open Table Check-In using Four Square Decide which Entrée to order using Yelp At dinner, decide and buy movie tickets using Flixster Take a picture and tag friends on Facebook Review the restaurant using Zagat Check-In at the movie using Four Square Tweet about the movie Post about the night on Facebook

How Associates Do Their Work Call into work to find out when they are working next When at work run to the back room to check the schedule Write their boss a note if they want to take a day off Punch in on a clock Check with their manager to see what they should be doing Leave the task at hand to do e-learning or track down a manual Let the supervisor know the task is complete Tell people about what you have learned (hope it is passed along) Transfers jobs by heading back to the clock or entering in a log book Fill out a paper form to validate work has been completed Complain 2 weeks later that the overtime worked wasn’t paid out 
