Director of Subscription Services : Amy is a CPA and a specialist in Finance, Tax, and Business Administration with 8 years of impressive consulting experience with Clarus Corporation, Ernst & Young LLP, and Arthur Anderson LLP. Amy has strong interpersonal skills that are crucial to navigate businesses through the implementation and execution process of a new software roll out. Mark Meersman Founder, President and CEO : Mark is a CPA and is an authority in financial accounting processes and system design. He has authored, developed and implemented a multi-national financial accounting solution along ISO9000 processes. He has significant management experience in the design, construction, and global implementation of several major financial applications. Sonny ElHamahmy CTO : Sonny has extensive experience in the software development and internet based business applications. His experience began at the university level working with artificial intelligence agents. He has gone on to work in professional services, and most recently as chief architect at 3MC, a leading internet-focused professional services firm.
