What technology tools have you ever used with your students? What difficulties do you face when using technology in your classes?

      • E-mail
      • The Internet
      • Video cameras
      • Computer programs
      • Word processing
      • Mp3
      • Ipods
      • Cell phones
    5. Technology tools and activities will help young students:
      • develop language and writing skills;
      • learn how to observe, document, and organize;
      • learn to communicate effectively;
      • develop listening and proficiency in a playful and enjoyable context;
      • engage in cooperative learning;
      • present or represent learning in ways that make sense to them.
    6. What teachers should do:
      • Implement technology in ways that are developmentally appropriate;
      • Develop plans focused on specific learning goals;
      • Link technology use directly with hands-on activities;
      • Manage the class constructively;
      • Learn to use technology to improve curriculum and promote engagement;
