  •  Leadership is the ability to inspire support and confidence among the people who are needed to achieve company goals. Management is the coordination of human, material, technological, and financial resources needed for an organization to reach its goal.

  • In groups of 2-3 (10 minutes) Discuss the 10 key leadership traits › Why are the traits important for a leader? List the traits in order from most important to least important Add any traits that your group thinks is important One person from the group will share your groups information with the class.
