  • 4. Senior ManagementMr. Ramesh S. Ramakrishnan, Chairman.Mr. S. Ramakrishnan is the driving force behind the Transworld Group of Companies. He is a graduatein Commerce from the University of Mumbai and has over 25 years of entrepreneurial experienceincluding hands on experience in ship owning, chartering & ship management. His extensiveexperience in all facets of running Container Feeder Services in the Indian Sub-continent is brought tobear on operations of the Company. He directly oversees the day-to-day activities of the Company.Mr. V. Ramnarayan, Executive Director.Mr. V. Ramnarayan is a Graduate in Science from the University of Mumbai with a Post GraduateDiploma in Business Management. He heads the operations of the Transworld Group of Companies inIndia. He has over 25 years of experience in the container shipping industry. He has to his credit thehandling experience of the first container service which commenced from India. His experience coversall aspects of shipping like commercial, technical, etc.Mr. L.B. Culas, Managing Director.Mr. L. B. Culas, a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Shipbroker, has a cumulative maritimeexperience of over 25 years. He has served abroad for many years on various types of cargo vesselsas an Engineer, including four years as Chief Engineer. He also possesses extensive shore experiencewhich includes various aspects of Container Feeder Business, right from sourcing the right kind ofvessel to the actual running of the service.
  • 5. Senior ManagementMr. Ritesh S. Ramakrishnan, Director - Strategy & Business Planning.Mr. Ritesh S. Ramakrishnan graduated from Purdue University with a B.Sc in Logistics and a doubleminor in communication and finance in the year 2009. After working at American Eagle Tankers andPKF Dubai in various different positions, Ritesh joined the group full time in January 2010. Thereafter,Mr. Ritesh has been involved in all aspects of the functioning of Transworld overseeing the financial,commercial, operational and administrative departments.Ritesh is presently involved in setting up a state of the art back office in Chennai, India with theintention of consolidating all the overseas back office function in one location. Ritesh is directlyoverseeing the development and integration of the required software to facilitate this migration. Toachieve this end Ritesh is in the process of developing all the group companies software with a singleoperating system.Mr. Subramaniam Jagdeesh, Chief Financial Officer.Mr. Subramanian Jagdeesh is the CFO of Transworld Group , he began his career with Transworld in2003. He subsequently became the groups Chief Financial Officer where he is primarily responsible forthe groups financial activity. He is also the treasurer of the UAE Ship Owners association.Mr. Subramanian earned his CA from India and CPA from the United States and is also as Member ofthe Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.

Ship Owning (Container)Orient Express Lines INC OEL Inc. is the Ship owning arm of the group .Currently it owns 5 container vessels and three handy size bulk-carriers built to order are due to be delivered in 2012 and 2013. The 4 container vessels are being chartered to the Ship operation and the Liner division of the group.Shreyas Shipping Shreyas Shipping - is India’s first container feeder owning and operating co. Shreyas owns and operates a fleet of 6 container vessels trading on the Indian coast. Shreyas is acquiring one more container vessel which is due for delivery in Aug’2012.
  • 7. LinerBalaji Shipping Lines FZCO (Liner) Currently owns a fleet of more than 16,000 dry containers that ply between the Indian subcontinent and the Middle East. They are also a name to be reckoned within the regions refrigerated container market. In 2011, Balaji Shipping Line expanded from a pure NVOCC into a regional Liner operator. They operate services directly linking UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Oman and / to the Indian Subcontinent. Some of the key clients BSL is associated with are Chevron Texaco Allanasons VALE HindAgro Landmark Group Dubai Aluminium QAPCO group Tilda international
  • 8. Feeder ServicesOrient Express Lines FZCOCurrently operates a fleet of 25 feeder sized container vessels ranging from 1000 to 2300 teus. They operate within Indian sub continent and the Arabian gulf. They use the hub and spoke concept connecting cargo’s at the Jebel Ali and Colombo hubs.OEL’s top customers include major shipping lines like: Maersk line United Arab Shipping company MSC Messina Shipping Line CMA CGM APLList of Services NMG (Jebel Ali-Muscat-Nhava Sheva-Muscat- Jebel Ali) IGI (Jebel Ali – Nhava Sheva- Mundra- Jebel Ali) KMX (Jebel Ali – Mundra – Kandla – Jebel Ali) IPS (Jebel Ali – Karachi – Jebel Ali) Shuwaikh (Jebel Ali – Shuwaikh – Jebel Ali) DAM/BAH (Jebel Ali – Dammam- Jebel Ali) DOHA (Jebel Ali – Doha – Jebel Ali) CBO- COK ( Colombo – Cochin- Colombo) CBO – TUT (Colombo – Tuticorin – Colombo) CBO – MAA (Colombo – Chennai – Colombo)  OEL is AA rated by Dun and Bradstreet
  • 9. Feeder ServicesShreyas Shipping & Logistics Limited Shreyas is India’s first container feeder owning and operating company. Shreyas Shipping owns and operates a fleet of 4 container vessels trading on the Indian coast on India’s cabotage trade. Shreyas runs services connecting all the major ports in the West and East coast of India Shreyas is the feeder of Choice for Maersk Line and CMA CGM in India  Shreyas Shipping is also the groups only publicly listed and trading company, currently trading in the Bombay Stock Exchange
  • 10. Supply Chain/ 3PL Transworld has a very active 3PL, freight forwarding platform in the UAE, India, Oman and the USA(TW Log, Albatross Shipping Ltd, TLSS Inc.) As a group we hold memberships in several prestigious networks like GPLN, WCA, IATA & FIATA Our flagship warehousing facility is a 40,000m2 facility located in the Jebal Ali Free ZoneTransworld also owns and operates a fleet of over 75 trucks between the UAE & IndiaTransworld owns 5 Container Freight Stations around India which provide a great connectivity and assist in getting ourcustomers more connected to our supply chain

Surface TransportShreyas Relay Systems LimitedA wholly owned subsidiary of Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Limited SRSL specializes in the Surface transportationrequirements of customers within India. They offer connectivity through coastal shipping, inland trucking and inland rail rakeservices.   • 12. Ship ManagementOrient Express Ship Management Ltd Orient Express Ship Management (OESM) is the groups’ ship management division. OESM is an independent marine services provider offering a broad scope of high quality ship management and consultancy services for all types of vessels. OESM is a professional ship management and crewing company, headquartered in Mumbai. They manage a fleet of internal and external customers providing them with technical management, crew management, budget management, procurement assistance, repairs and dry docking services. Ship Owning (Bulk)The formation of Transworld Bulk Carriers in 2012 signals the group entry into the Dry Bulk vessel owning market.The Group has placed on order 3 handysize bulk carriers at the Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard in Guangzhou, ChinaTBC’s entry signals the groups intention to continuously diversify within their core areas of expertise.
