        • improve reference and research library resources and services
        • provide a means for interlibrary cooperative plans and services  
        • regional multi-type library agency providing support and services necessary
        • service is provided to libraries in the seven counties of Northern New York

    • ICEPAC is one service offered by the Northern NY Library Network
    • NNYLN maintains and supports ICEPAC
    • ICEPAC is the North Country's cooperative online catalog
    • Intended for patrons of any age capable of using the system
    • Contains the holdings information of 305 libraries in Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Jefferson, Lewis, Oswego, and St. Lawrence counties, including school, academic, public, hospital, and special libraries.

    • Waiting time for item can vary and can take up to two weeks in some cases
