  7. • M.Phil or at least a postgraduate in the specific language along with proven subject matter expertise. • He/she should be in-country native speaker of the target language or at least 7 years of cultural, literary exposure of the target language country. • Experience of at least 5 years as a professional translator/content writer and established credentials in the domain of specialization. • Most of our translators are Certified Translators.   11. • CHL uses CHL-PMS (Project Management System)‫‏‬, a proprietary WAN-based workflow system to ensures strict adherence to quality control process along with real time monitoring of projects and resource management. • The 6-step quality control process involves Project Analysis, Project Planning, Resource Allocation, QA review, Specialist review, Feedback and delivery. • The QC process ensures dedicated project manager, native professional domain specialist with minimum 5 years experience, QA team, Engineering Team. • The system monitors projects through the various stages, from initiation to delivery to feedback and storage • The system restricts access to information and project details on need-to-know basis to ensure information security.
