When companies try to push social media too hard on youth, it feels like unsolicited advertising. When you present us with opportunities and benefits, it feels like we're an insider and part of your company culture. Join Crystal Y, a high school student, social entrepreneur, blogger, and graphic designer in exploring some techniques to engage with youth and not simply market to them. This was a presentation by Crystal at the Supernova Conference 2009: Change Networks.
