English teaching is challenging! I have a subject classroom and it is for English teaching only. I have less than 23 sessions a week. Most classes I teach have less than 32 students. I DON’T have 6 graders’ students. I see my kids at least twice every week. I’m not required to attend any competition. My classroom is modernly equipped. I often have professional dialogues with other EFL teachers. I’m professionally respected. Most classes I teach have an even achievement in English. I have at least 5 years of teaching experiences. In general, I feel rewarded as a public school English teacher.
